Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. For orders that have already been shipped, a 30% fee will be charged for cancellation. To request a cancellation, please email support@getfyla.com.

Returns

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

Instructions:
  • Due to the unique nature of home and furniture products, we currently do not offer returns or refunds if the product has no quality issues.
  • If the product indeed has quality issues, please follow the process below:
    • Provide clear proof of the product defect.
    • Send the proof via email to support@getfyla.com.
    • We will evaluate the submitted materials to determine whether they meet the return criteria.
  • Upon confirmation that the product qualifies for a return, we will:
    • Initiate the official return process.
    • Provide a designated return address.
    • Guide you through the return procedure.
  • The return shipping cost will be covered by us for products that meet the return conditions.

Return Product Requirements:
  • The product must remain unused and in perfect condition.
  • All original accessories must be included.
  • The product must be shipped using the undamaged original packaging to ensure its safety.

Important Notes:
  • Before returning, please take comprehensive photos of the product (recommended to include: the condition of the outer packaging, detailed shots from various angles, and the status of accessories).
  • These photos will serve as proof of the product's condition at the time of return, so please keep them securely.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return.
  • Do not return the product to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Upon receiving the returned product, our after-sales team will process the item as follows:
  • Inspection process upon arrival: Our after-sales team will verify the product's integrity, the completeness of its accessories, and its consistency with the provided photos to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  • Result notification: If the product qualifies for a refund, you will be notified via email. If it does not meet the criteria, our after-sales team will proactively communicate with you to discuss potential solutions.
  • Refund timeline: Once the review is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and returned through the original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@getfyla.com

In the event of a damage

If your product is unfortunately damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so that we can promptly and thoroughly investigate the cause. Please send photos of the damaged areas to support@getfyla.com.If we confirm that the damage to the product was caused during shipping, you may return the item without being responsible for the return shipping cost.
