Tracking & Delivery

Handling Damage or Defects

We take product damage reports from customers very seriously. If your product is unfortunately damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so that we can promptly and thoroughly investigate the cause. Please send photos of the damaged areas to support@getfyla.com.
